Diarweb Pro terms
Last updated 16 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-16
These terms cover Diarweb Pro, the tool real estate agencies, their owners and their brokers use to publish listings on diarweb. The agency owner accepts them when creating the agency. Every broker accepts them at first sign-in. The public site and home-seeker accounts have their own terms of use.
1. Who we are
Diarweb Pro and diarweb ("we", "us") are run by Bits and Blocks LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC registration No. 3865, incorporated on 19 August 2025), with its registered office at Unit No. 21 BL 28, Level 21, Servcorp Qatar LLC, Doha Tower, West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
Contact: diarweb@bitsandblocks.tech.
"Agency" means the real estate brokerage that holds the account. "Owner" means the person who created the agency on Diarweb Pro. "Broker" means a person the owner adds to the agency's team. "You" means the agency, and each owner and broker who uses Diarweb Pro for it.
2. What Diarweb Pro is
Diarweb Pro lets an agency enter a property once, publish it as a listing on diarweb, share it through the studio, and record how it ended: let, sold or withdrawn, with the final price.
We are not a real estate agency or broker. We are not a party to any let or sale, we do not hold deposits or payments, and we do not act for buyers, tenants, landlords or sellers. Nothing in Diarweb Pro is an opinion of what a property is worth, a forecast, or advice about buying, renting or investing.
3. Who may use Diarweb Pro
Diarweb Pro is for real estate brokerage agencies licensed in Qatar, and for the brokers they employ or engage.
- Creating an agency. The person who creates the agency gives their name and mobile number, the agency's name in English and Arabic, its commercial registration number, its brokerage license number and its phone number. That person becomes the owner, and confirms that they may act for the agency.
- License check. Our team checks the agency's commercial registration and brokerage license numbers before the agency can publish, and may check a broker's license when the broker is added. Until the check is done, the agency's members can enter drafts but nothing goes public, and the agency has no public page.
- Refusal. We may refuse an agency whose license or commercial registration we cannot confirm, or for another serious reason. The owner sees the reason in Diarweb Pro and can contact us. A refused agency's drafts are not deleted, and none of them goes public. We may also limit how many agencies we accept at a time, and keep an agency waiting until we can accept it.
- Licenses must stay valid. Tell us at once if the agency's license, its commercial registration or a broker's license ends, is suspended or changes. We may check licenses again at any time.
4. Owner and brokers
- The owner sees every listing of the agency, its overview and its team. The owner adds and removes brokers, sets the agency's profile and the number of days before Diarweb Pro asks "Still available?", and can export the agency's data as a CSV file.
- A broker sees and works on their own listings only: enters them, publishes them, shares them and records their outcomes. A broker's overview shows only their own listings.
- The owner is responsible for the team. Add only people who work for the agency and hold a valid broker license, with their correct name, email, mobile number and license number. Remove a broker as soon as they leave the agency. The agency is responsible for what its owner and brokers do in Diarweb Pro.
- When a broker is removed, they can no longer sign in for the agency. Their listings, outcomes and history stay in the agency's record and pass to the owner; the history still names the broker who did each action. A person can be on one agency's team at a time.
- If the owner leaves the agency, the agency writes to us, and once we have confirmed the request with the agency, we give the owner role to another member of its team.
5. Sign-in and account security
- You sign in with a link we email to you. There is no password. A link works once, for 15 minutes, and only through the "Sign in" button on its page. After three links to one address within 15 minutes, the address is locked for the rest of that period.
- A session lasts 30 days, or until you sign out.
- One person per account. Each account belongs to one named person. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else use your email to sign in. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- Keep your email account secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has signed in as you.
- You change your sign-in email in My profile, through a link sent to the new address. Your mobile number is for WhatsApp messages and calls from home seekers, not for sign-in.
- If the owner has access keys for the agency, the owner keeps them secret and revokes any key that may have leaked.
6. Your listings
Each listing is the agency's content and the agency's responsibility. When you publish, you confirm that:
- the property is available for the offer shown (to let or for sale), and the agency has the permission of its owner or landlord to market it, in the form the law requires;
- the price, facts, location and description are true and current, and you will update the listing or record its outcome as soon as anything changes;
- the agency owns the photos, or has the right to use them for this purpose and to give us the license in section 7; the photos show the property listed, and no person who has not agreed to it;
- when the law requires an advertising license number for the listing, you enter it, and any advertising license number you enter is correct and valid for this listing;
- the listing complies with the laws of Qatar, including the rules for real estate advertising.
Diarweb Pro shows the broker's name and license number on every public listing the broker posts. The listing title is built from its fields, not typed.
No claims about returns. Listings must not promise or suggest a return on money put into the property, a set income, or a rise in its price. Diarweb Pro checks for such claims when you publish. A claim in "Building or community" stops the listing from being published. A claim in a description publishes the listing record but holds its public page until the agency owner reviews and releases it in Diarweb Pro. We may also hold, refuse or remove any listing that makes such a claim.
Personal data in listings. Do not put personal data about a property's owner, a tenant or any other person in a listing, its photos or its description, unless the law allows it and they have agreed. The agency is responsible for any personal data it puts in its listings.
7. What you allow us to do with your listings
The agency keeps all its rights in its listings and photos. The agency gives us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, for Qatar and anywhere diarweb is seen, to:
- store, copy, resize and re-encode listings, photos and the agency's logo, and remove photo metadata, including the place where a photo was taken;
- show them on diarweb, on the agency's page, in search results, and in other services we run that show listings;
- build the studio's post images and captions from them, for you to share or download;
- keep them, with their history, after a listing closes, as sections 9 and 13 set out.
The license for public display lasts while the listing is live. It continues for as long as we keep the record, to show it to you in Diarweb Pro and to use it as section 9 sets out. A removed photo leaves our storage within a day.
Diarweb Pro can suggest listing fields and flag poor photos by sending the agency's photos, resized and with no metadata, and the listing's fields to an AI model provider. It is not used for any agency today, and we will not turn it on for an agency without the owner's agreement.
8. The studio
The studio makes a post image (feed 4:5 or story 9:16) and a caption for each moment of a listing: new, new price, and let or sold. The image carries the listing's fields, the agency's logo, name and phone, and the broker's license number. The caption ends with the listing's public link, then "Published with @diarweb".
You share the image yourself, through your phone's share sheet, or download it on a computer. We do not post to any social network for you, and we cannot see where you shared it. We record only whether a share was completed, cancelled or downloaded. You are responsible for what you post and for following the rules of the network you post to.
9. Outcomes and final prices
When a listing ends, you record its outcome: let, sold or withdrawn, with the final price for a let or a sale. Diarweb Pro asks "Still available?" for an active listing that has passed the agency's number of days (30 unless the owner sets another) with no price change. Record outcomes truthfully: they are the agency's record of how each listing ended.
- Public pages never show an outcome or a final price. When you record an outcome, the listing leaves diarweb's public listings.
- The final price appears on a studio post only if you turn on "Show the final price on the post", which is off unless you turn it on.
- Inside the agency, outcomes and final prices appear on the listing, in the owner's overview and the broker's own overview, and in the CSV export. A figure built on too few listings is not shown.
- Across agencies, we do not show one agency's outcomes, final prices or figures to another agency or to the public. If we ever offer figures across agencies, we will ask the agency's consent first, show only totals in which no listing, broker or agency can be identified, and let the agency withdraw its consent at any time.
- Registered sale prices shown on diarweb come from the Ministry of Justice's public bulletin, not from outcomes recorded in Diarweb Pro.
10. Contact from home seekers
Home seekers contact the agency or the broker by WhatsApp or by phone, from the buttons on a listing or agency page. There is no contact form.
- The agency's and brokers' numbers are never in a public page's code. Our server gives a number to a visitor only when they tap WhatsApp or Call, within a limit per visitor.
- We record each tap with the listing, the channel and the kind of source, and nothing about the visitor. We never see the conversation that follows.
- The broker's mobile number is used for taps on their listings, and the agency's phone for taps on the agency page. Keep both correct.
- We count views of listing, agency and broker pages for your figures. A signed-in Diarweb Pro user's own visits to diarweb are left out.
Figures in Diarweb Pro state their source, period and count. They are counts, not a measure of a broker's or a listing's quality, and we do not promise any number of views, taps or inquiries.
11. Acceptable use
Do not:
- publish a property you are not permitted to market, a property that does not exist, a duplicate of the same property, or a price you do not intend to accept;
- use another person's photos, or another agency's listings or photos, without their permission;
- claim returns on a property, or use Diarweb Pro for anything unlawful;
- add a person to the team who does not work for the agency, or use another person's account;
- copy, scrape or harvest content from diarweb or Diarweb Pro by automated means, except through an interface we provide for that purpose;
- interfere with Diarweb Pro, test its security without our written permission, or get around its limits;
- use contact taps or numbers from diarweb to send spam.
12. Suspension and removal
We may hold or remove a listing that breaks these terms or the law, or that is the subject of a complaint we find well founded, and we tell the agency why. We may suspend or close a broker's account or the agency's account for a serious or repeated breach, a license that is no longer valid, or a risk to other users. Unless the breach is serious, the law requires otherwise or other users are at risk, we first tell the agency by email and give it a reasonable time to put things right. The agency can reply to that email to contest our decision, and we will review it.
13. Records we keep
A listing's history (created, edited, published, price changed, held, released, outcome recorded, confirmed still available) is kept as it happened: no history entry is changed or deleted. The overview and the CSV export are built from it.
We keep an agency's listings and history while the agency uses Diarweb Pro. When it stops, it can ask us to delete them; we then delete them, or remove what identifies people in them, except what the law requires us to keep. Export your data with the CSV export before you leave if you want your own copy.
14. Fees
Diarweb Pro is free for now: we charge nothing for the agency's account, its brokers or its listings. If we introduce fees, they will come under separate written conditions, and we will email the owner at least 30 days before they apply. Nothing is charged without the agency's agreement.
15. Data protection
Our privacy notice explains what personal data we keep about owners, brokers, visitors and home seekers, and why. We handle it under the QFC Data Protection Regulations 2021. The agency is responsible for the personal data it puts in its listings, and for having the right to give us the personal data of the brokers it adds.
The owner confirms that each broker they add has been told that their name, email, mobile number and license number will be used as the privacy notice explains, including the name and license number shown on public listings.
16. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Diarweb Pro and diarweb available, but we do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors, or that a listing will reach any number of people. We may change, add or remove features. Export your data with the CSV export if you need your own copy.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost commission, profit or business, and we are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. The agency is responsible to us for any claim brought against us because of its listings, its photos, or what its owner and brokers do in Diarweb Pro. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the applicable law, including mandatory law of the State of Qatar.
17. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We email every owner and broker at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, in the language each one uses in Diarweb Pro, with what changes and the date it takes effect. A change that the law requires, or one that only adds a new service, may take effect sooner; we still tell you about it by email.
A change that needs your acceptance is asked for on your next sign-in after it takes effect. Until you accept it, you cannot use Diarweb Pro for the agency, but the agency's live listings stay live. For other changes, using Diarweb Pro after the date means you accept them. If the agency does not accept a change, it can stop using Diarweb Pro before the change takes effect.
Each version has a date and a version number, shown at the top of this page. We record which version each person accepted, when and where, and we keep every earlier version and send it to you on request.
18. Ending
The agency can stop using Diarweb Pro at any time by writing to us. Its live listings then leave diarweb, and its records are kept or deleted as section 13 explains. We can end the agency's use of Diarweb Pro under section 12, or for any other reason by giving the agency 30 days' notice by email.
19. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the Qatar Financial Centre. The Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court has jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Nothing in this section takes away any right you have under mandatory law of the State of Qatar.
These terms are written in English and translated into Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
